Background

Well for most of my working life I've been involved in Project Management, CAD & IT services.

Some projects have been a couple of hundred pounds, others well over a million.

I'm Cisco qualified (CCNA, CCDA) & have many years experience in designing, implementing, commissioning & supporting state-of-the-art network/ERP systems.

I've also recently passed both the Prince II Foundation & Practioner courses.

I am a vastly experienced Administrator/Advanced user of all the following:

All Microsoft Windows Operating systems - Servers & Desktop
Microsoft Applications - Office, Project, Visio etc
Microsoft (formerly Daamgard/Navision) Axapta & also the latest release Microsoft Dynamics Ax

I can supplement & enhance any in-house IT team using my proven field knowledge of the most successful software packages & hardware deployments. Using the leading remote assistance package (Dameware Utilities) I don't even have to be at your business premises to assist.

What do I offer to the home/home office user?

In a nutshell – support & implementation services for the ‘technical stuff’ that you may be scared of or do not know about.

I can also supplement your existing IT knowledge by bringing my 20+ years experience to you in your home/home office in a cost effective manner.

Initial Consultations are free & no job too small or trivial. I’m a great believer in teaching users how to get the best from their equipment as well as following best practice.
